When you request an appointment through our booking form, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number — so we can confirm and coordinate your appointment
- Your address — so our therapists know where to bring the session and can calculate any travel fee
- Any health notes you choose to share — so we can adapt the session safely
We do not collect payment card details through this website; payment is handled at the time of service.
How we use it
We use your information solely to schedule, confirm, deliver, and follow up on your appointment. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it beyond what is needed to process your booking. Booking confirmations and appointment emails are delivered through our transactional email provider, which processes your contact details on our behalf under its own privacy and security commitments and does not use them for its own purposes.
Health information
Any health notes you share stay confidential. They are seen only by the therapists preparing your session and are never used for anything except adapting your massage safely.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records only as long as we need them for scheduling, session history, and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address in the site footer and we will respond promptly.
