Booking & cancellation
Appointments are confirmed by text or email, usually within one business day of your request. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total, since the time is reserved exclusively for you.
Payment & gratuity
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment is collected at the time of service. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected — it's entirely your choice.
Service area & travel fees
We serve San Diego County. Travel is free in Point Loma and Ocean Beach (92106, 92107), $20 elsewhere within the City of San Diego, and $40 for outlying county areas. Your exact travel fee is shown before you confirm a booking.
What we need from you
For an in-home or in-office session, please have a clear, flat space of roughly 7 × 9 feet near a power outlet. We bring the table, linens, lotions, and music. We ask that the space be smoke-free during the session.
Scope of practice
Vitality Massage Therapy provides massage and bodywork for relaxation and general wellness. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery or an injury, please consult your physician before booking, and let us know so we can adapt the session safely. We reserve the right to decline or stop a session if it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to schedule and deliver your appointment — your name, contact details, address, and any health notes you choose to share. We use it solely to provide and follow up on your service. We do not sell your information or share it except as needed to process your booking. Health information you share is kept confidential.
Licensing & credentials
Vitality Massage Therapy is operated by Vitality San Diego LLC. Our therapists are certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #97565) and are ABMP-member, insured professionals. You can verify our CAMTC certification at camtc.org.
