Our therapists come to your home or office, so mutual respect and safety are non-negotiable. This policy sets out what you can expect from us and what we require from you.
Professional therapeutic services only
Vitality Massage Therapy provides professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork — nothing else. Our therapists are certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC #97565) and practice strictly within that scope.
Zero tolerance for inappropriate conduct
Any solicitation of inappropriate or sexual services, sexual remarks, or inappropriate touching will end the session immediately, without refund, and the full service fee remains due. Incidents may be reported to law enforcement and to the CAMTC. There are no warnings and no exceptions.
Respectful conduct
We ask that you treat our therapists with the same courtesy they bring to you:
- Communicate openly about pressure, comfort, and any concerns during the session
- Follow draping guidance — clients are always professionally draped
- Keep the session environment calm and free of harassment of any kind
No intoxication
For your safety, we cannot perform massage on anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bodywork while intoxicated carries real physical risks. If a therapist judges that you are impaired, the session will be declined or ended, and the cancellation terms apply.
A safe space for the therapist
Because we work on your premises, we need the space to be safe for our therapists: a clear, flat working area of roughly 7 × 9 feet, a smoke-free environment during the session, and secured pets if they are likely to interfere. If a therapist arrives and reasonably judges the environment to be unsafe, the session may be declined.
Right to refuse service
We may decline any booking or end any session at our discretion when conduct, safety, or scope-of-practice concerns arise, as described in our Terms of Service.
